After the hike we were able to see and pet some of his farm animals. His pig Petunia is adorable. He shared bread with us, that his mother had made that night and drinks. A very nice and memorable evening for us.

  I went on this nightwalk with my family. We had the most wonderful time walking through Orlando's farm/land, even though it was raining. He supplies you with plenty of flashlights.... read more As we spotted little animals, he would look them up on his little guide book and tell us little tid bits about them. We spotted a forest mouse, several spiders, a scorpion, and several centipedes. We were on the lookout for a snake that he had seen several days prior, but unfortunately it seemed to have moved. He was thoughtful enough to show us a picture of the exact spot where he had seen it before. At the end of the small hike, you meet all of his farm animals and then finish up with a small treat (we had chocolate muffins) and coffee or tea. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience. I would recommend this if you're looking for a relaxed activity with a local who is truly proud of his land and the wildlife in it.
